| [The Star] Star Publications (M) Bhd (The Star) submitted an application to the Securities Commission (SC) to implement a Commercial Papers (CPs) programme and Medium Term Notes (MTNs) programme of RM750 million in nominal value for each programme, but subject to a combine limit of RM750 million. The proceeds of the proposed progarmme will be utilized for investments, capital expenditure, working capital requirements and/or general corporate purposes. The tenure for both the CPs and MTNs would be 7 years and 15 years from the sate of the first issue. CIMB Investment Bank Bhd has been appointed as the principle adviser, lead arranger and lead manager for the proposed exercise. |
